Emma began her yoga journey in 2014, when initially stepping onto the mat as a form of physical exercise. It soon became more than that when she became hooked at how the practice also helped find calmness amongst her busy life. Emma hopes that her passion and dedication comes across when teaching and loves to take students on a journey to discover the incredible benefits of yoga.

Emma has taught more than 10,000 classes in her 18 year career in the fitness industry. She has a very motivational style and will encourage you not to give up even when it gets hard. Emma has trained in trauma informed yoga and movement, where there will always be an invitation to shift or change something if it doesn't work for you.

Hannah King
YING YANG
Hannah has been practising yoga for over 10 years and has experienced first hand the many benefits for body and mind. She became a registered Yoga Alliance teacher in 2019 and continues to be passionate about sharing the practise of Vinyasa and Yin yoga, making it accessible for all.

Nicole Simmons
HOT PILATES
As a professional dancer turned Pilates instructor, movement has always been at the heart of what Nicole does. Nicole started teaching in 2018 whilst working abroad as a dancer and fitness instructor.
Driven by her passion of health, wellness and empowering others, Nicole pursued her Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates, knowing first hand how transformative Pilates can be. It has strengthened not only her body, but her confidence and resilience and overall well-being, which she now shares with her clients every day. Watching people build confidence, improve their core strength, balance, flexibility and discover the incredible benefits of Pilates for both mind and body. As she continues to grown in her own practice and teaching, she is committed to helping others move, feel and live better.

In 2015 a hot yoga room became my happy place in my life alongside a fast paced city job. After becoming a mum in 2019 I took the plunge and became a Hot & Vinyasa yoga teacher. I am passionate about teaching yoga and sharing all the wonderful benefits for the mind and body. I love to build discipline and focus each week in my classes, it’s a moving meditation to find clarity and stillness in the mind. I am also trained in Restorative yoga, Pre & postnatal yoga with baby massage.
