FAQ's

Why teach in a hot room? The heat allows muscles a deeper stretch which increases your flexibility and reduces the likelihood of injury. Hot yoga cleanses toxins from the body due to profuse sweating (which also helps supports weight loss). Hot yoga is excellent for your circulation and a great cardiovascular workout.

What if I have an injury or medical condition? As with any exercise, you should always consult your doctor first and inform Hot4Yoga before class so we can provide alternative postures.

What should I do to prepare for class? Drink plenty of water before and after class and ensure you have eaten two hours prior. It is best not to practice on a full or empty stomach.

What do I need to bring to class? Please bring a mat, a towel (be prepared to sweat), water and any prop such as strap, blocks you wish to practice with.

Will you be offering other styles of yoga? Private one to one sessions are available on request and other styles of yoga will be added to the schedule in the near future.

What packages do you offer? We offer 5 classes for £70, 10 classes for £130, 15 classes for £180 and 20 classes for £220. Also, don't forget it's £5 for your first class, just select 'buy a pricing plan' at checkout and select 'first class offer'.

Is parking available? You are able to park along Mitchell Walk in the bays provided.

Do you have changing rooms and shower facilities? Unfortunately changing rooms and shower facilities are not available at the studio.

What is your cancellation policy? The cancellation policy is 24 hours notice. If you have a single class purchase and cancel, you will not automatically be refunded as you will have the opportunity to rebook for alternative date. However if you would like a refund, please get in touch at info@hot4yoga.co.uk. If you have an active pricing plan and cancel a class, this class will be added back onto your plan.
